Rare Drop Announcer — Clickable Item Links

When a player obtains a rare item from a monster, a server-wide colored message appears in chat. The item name is a clickable link that opens the full item description.

Message Format

[PlayerName] just obtained [Poring Card] from [Poring].
[PlayerName] just stole [Poring Card] from [Poring].

What Changed

• Item name is now a real clickable link — hover to see full stats.
• Clean bracket format: player, item, and monster each in brackets.
• Drop chance percentage previously shown (chance: 0.20%) has been removed.
• Broadcast color is yellow by default.
• Use @raredrophide or Info Panel → Command Settings → Hide Drop Name to replace your name with "Player".
