Server Rules

These rules apply to all players on Just RO. Breaking them may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.

1. Account Rules
  • Maximum 3 accounts per PC. You may run up to 3 game clients simultaneously from the same computer. Creating additional accounts beyond this limit, or using multiple machines to exceed it, is prohibited. Using extra accounts to bypass bans or artificially inflate rankings will result in all associated accounts being banned.
  • No account sharing. You are responsible for everything done on your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • No impersonation. Do not use names, titles, or guild names designed to impersonate staff or other players.
  • Account security is your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password. The team will never ask for your password.
2. Gameplay Rules
  • No bots or automation. Using third-party programs, macros, or any tool that plays the game without active human control is strictly forbidden. This includes clicking macros, auto-feed scripts, and packet editors.
  • No bug exploitation. If you discover a bug, report it via the Control Panel or Discord. Exploiting bugs for personal gain will result in item removal and a ban.
  • No packet editing or client modification. Modifying game data, injecting packets, or using speed hacks is a permanent ban offense.
  • No MVP camping abuse. Spawn-killing MVPs using exploits, warping hacks, or server-side tricks is prohibited. Fair competition is expected.
3. Community & Chat Rules
  • Respect all players and staff. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or excessive toxicity in any channel (global, trade, party, guild, whisper) is not tolerated.
  • No spam. Do not flood chat channels with repeated messages, advertisements for external services, or irrelevant content.
  • No scamming. Deceptive trades, false promises of items or zeny, and bait-and-switch tactics are prohibited. Disputed trades may be reviewed by staff but outcomes are not always reversible.
  • No advertising other servers. Promoting competing private servers in any public or private channel is grounds for an immediate permanent ban.
4. WoE, BG & PvP Rules
  • Fair play in competitive content. Teaming up with enemies during WoE, feeding kills in PvP for rankings, or coordinating outside your guild to break WoE fairness is prohibited.
  • No AFK in Battlegrounds. Joining a BG queue and remaining inactive is unsportsmanlike and disrupts the experience for others. Repeat offenders will be removed from the BG system.
  • Respect the competitive environment. Taunting, trash talk, or harassment following PvP/WoE outcomes via whisper or public channels is subject to chat restrictions.
5. Staff Interaction
  • Follow staff instructions. Game Masters operate within defined guidelines. Comply with reasonable requests from identifiable GM characters.
  • Report issues through proper channels. Use the Control Panel's Service Desk or the official Discord. Do not whisper GMs in-game for support requests — use the ticket system.
  • Staff will never ask for your password or items. Report any account impersonating staff immediately.
Consequences: Rule violations are handled case-by-case. Depending on severity and history, consequences range from a warning, to a temporary ban (hours to weeks), to a permanent ban without appeal. Item removal or rollback may be applied for economy-affecting violations. All decisions by Just RO staff are final.

Rules last updated by the Just RO team. The team reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Continued play after a rule change constitutes acceptance.
